Renewable Diesel (HVO) Supplier in Singapore
ISCC-certified HVO100 — a drop-in replacement for fossil diesel with up to 90% lower lifecycle CO₂. No engine changes. Delivered in drums, IBC, or bulk across Singapore.
What is Renewable Diesel (HVO)?
Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) is a second-generation biofuel produced by hydroprocessing vegetable oils, animal fats, and waste cooking oils. The result is a fuel that is chemically identical to fossil diesel — not a blend, not a compromise.
Unlike FAME biodiesel, HVO contains no oxygen, no water absorption risk, and no blending limitations. It can be used as B100 (100% renewable) in any diesel engine, generator, or vessel without modification, recertification, or operational changes.
Interion sources HVO from Neste MY Renewable Diesel™ and other ISCC-certified producers, ensuring full sustainability documentation and traceability on every delivery.
Why HVO Outperforms the Alternatives
- Up to 90% lifecycle CO₂ reduction — one of the highest GHG savings of any liquid fuel available today, without infrastructure change
- True drop-in fuel (B100) — same chemical structure as fossil diesel; no engine mods, no blending limits, no recertification
- Superior cold-weather performance — better CFPP than standard diesel; reliable in cold storage, refrigerated logistics, and offshore environments
- 12-month storage life — no water absorption, no microbial risk; four times more stable than FAME biodiesel and safe for long-term stockpiling
- Immediate ESG compliance — ISCC-certified with chain-of-custody documentation; supports Scope 1 and Scope 3 reduction reporting from the first delivery

Where HVO is Used in Singapore
Any diesel-powered operation can switch to HVO without downtime or capital expenditure. Current applications in Singapore include:
Harbour Craft & Vessels
MPA-approved for use in harbour craft. Supports Singapore's maritime decarbonisation roadmap for tugboats, ferries, and workboats.
Road Fleets & Logistics
Trucks, lorries, and distribution fleets switch to HVO with zero downtime. Immediate Scope 1 fleet emission reduction without new vehicles.
Emergency & Standby Generators
Run existing diesel gensets on HVO100. Significantly reduces Scope 1 emissions from standby power — a common decarbonisation lever for data centre operators.
Site Machinery & Equipment
Excavators, cranes, and diesel-powered plant equipment. Drop-in supply with no process changes on site.
Power Generation & Facilities
Stationary diesel engines and industrial gensets. No fuel line changes required — same infrastructure, lower emissions.
Airport Ground Support (GSE)
Ground service equipment at Singapore's airports. Supports Scope 1 reduction targets for airport operators and ground handlers.
Sustainability & Documentation
Interion sources HVO from Neste MY Renewable Diesel™ and ISCC-certified producers. Every delivery includes full chain-of-custody documentation ready for carbon accounting and ESG audit.
Documentation provided with each delivery: ISCC sustainability declaration, carbon intensity data, Proof of Origin, CO₂ savings calculation per volume, and REC (Renewable Energy Certificate) upon request.
